When you submit a CTA, we ask for explicit consent. This page explains exactly what you're agreeing to — and how to change your mind.

1. What you're consenting to

So we can act on your request, you consent to QLOCar contacting you and processing the details you provide for that purpose.

2. Service vs marketing consent

Service consent lets us contact you about the specific request you made — it's required to act on it.

Marketing consent is separate and optional: it lets us send offers, launches and tips. Neither checkbox is pre-ticked, and declining marketing never blocks your request.

3. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw either consent at any time from your account or by emailing privacy@qlocar.com. Withdrawal applies going forward.

4. Policy version

The version of this policy in force when you consent is recorded with your consent for audit. Current version: v1.2, effective 1 April 2026.
