1. Acceptance
By using QLOCar you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
You agree to provide accurate information and to use QLOCar only for lawful, personal car-buying, maintenance and selling purposes.
3. Pricing & estimates
On-road prices, EMI figures and resale valuations shown on the site are indicative estimates, not binding offers. The binding figure is the offer confirmed by a QLOCar advisor.
Where a price can't be reliably determined for a city, we show 'on request' rather than a wrong number.
4. Leads & assisted services
Submitting a CTA creates a request that a QLOCar advisor follows up on. Fulfilment may involve vetted third-party partners.
5. Limitation of liability
QLOCar facilitates and assists transactions; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gujarat.
