Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers on buying, pricing, maintaining and selling with QLOCar. Still stuck? Contact support.
Buying3
How is QLOCar different from a classifieds site?+
We don't just list cars — we filter at the variant level so you only see trims that truly match your budget and features, then assist you through the deal. No 'the filter lied' surprises.
What does 'variant-true' mean?+
Every price, spec and feature you see is for the exact variant (trim) you're looking at — never the model's cheapest version or an 'available somewhere' feature.
Do I have to buy through QLOCar?+
No. Browse freely. You only ever share details when you tap a CTA like Get Best Deal — passive browsing never creates a lead.
Pricing & EMI3
Is the on-road price the final price?+
It's an accurate, itemised estimate for your city. The binding figure is the offer a QLOCar advisor confirms. If a price can't be trusted for a city, we show 'on request' rather than a wrong number.
Why does the price change by city?+
Road tax, RTO fees and insurance vary by state/city, so the on-road total does too. Set your city from the header to see the right breakup.
Are the EMI figures accurate?+
They're indicative — based on the loan amount, rate and tenure you pick — and subject to lender approval.
Maintain2
What can I get serviced through QLOCar?+
18 categories — from periodic service and repair to insurance, tyres, finance and roadside help — through vetted partners at bulk-deal pricing.
Why do I need to log in to request service?+
A service request is tied to a specific vehicle, so we ask you to log in and pick the car it's for before raising it.
Sell1
Is the sell valuation a firm offer?+
No — it's an indicative range. Your firm offer follows a quick, free inspection, so we only commit to a number we can stand behind.

How is my consent handled?+
Service and marketing consent are separate and never pre-ticked. You can withdraw either at any time. See our Consent and Privacy pages for details.
